Plan FAQs
Can I change my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle to protect your current month's bookings.
What happens to unused slots?
Most plans do not allow rollover. However, the Plus and Elite plans allow one Off-Peak slot to roll over to the next month, expiring after one month if still unused. Peak slots never roll over.
Are there any additional fees?
No! Your membership covers the full cost of services. There are no checkout fees, no surprise add-ons, and no hidden costs. The only exception is if you cancel within 24 hours of an appointment, which forfeits that slot.
Can I pause my membership?
Membership pauses are handled on a case-by-case basis for extended travel, medical reasons, or other circumstances. Contact our support team at info@swiftro.ai to discuss your situation.
