Subscribe once, book services using your monthly slots. Your membership covers the service cost, so there's no payment at checkout.

Choose Your Plan

Select a membership plan based on the services you want access to. Each plan includes a set number of Peak (weekend/evening) and Off-Peak (weekday) booking slots that refresh monthly. Plans range from Core Beauty (nails, lashes, brows) to comprehensive Wellness packages that include massage and body treatments.

Find Verified Providers

Browse verified practitioners and facilities in Miami-Dade and Broward County. Every provider on Swiftro is identity-verified, background-checked, and rated by real members. Filter by service type, location, availability, and customer reviews to find the perfect match for your needs.

Book Using Your Slots

Use your Peak or Off-Peak slots to book appointments within a rolling 28-day window. Peak slots work for Friday evenings and weekends, while Off-Peak slots cover weekdays. Select plans allow one Off-Peak slot to roll over to the next month if unused, giving you flexibility without losing value.

Get Reminders & Check In

Receive appointment reminders via email and in-app notifications. When you arrive, the practitioner checks you in through the app, logging your arrival time. This protects both you and the provider by creating a clear record of attendance and service delivery.

Enjoy Your Service

Relax and enjoy your service knowing everything is already covered by your membership. No awkward checkout conversations, no surprise add-ons, no tipping pressure. The practitioner marks the service as complete when finished, and your slot is used for that billing cycle.

Review & Rebook

After your appointment, rate your experience and leave a review for the practitioner and facility. Your feedback helps maintain quality across the platform. Then simply book your next appointment using your remaining slots or wait for your monthly refresh.

Set Your Availability

Control when Swiftro members can book you. Block off personal time, set recurring schedules, or mark specific dates as unavailable. You're always in control of your calendar.

Accept Bookings

Receive booking requests from verified members. View their reliability scores and past reviews before accepting. You can decline bookings that don't fit your schedule.

Check Members In

When a member arrives, check them in through the app. If they're late beyond the 10-minute grace period, you can choose to accept them or decline the appointment. Your decision is logged for dispute protection.

Complete Service & Get Paid

Mark the service as complete when finished. Swiftro handles all payment processing and pays you a wholesale rate for each completed appointment. Payments are processed on a regular schedule with full transparency.
